At Premiata, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and security seals are intact, and include the printed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original package to the outside of the box, covering any previous delivery information.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point or schedule a complimentary home collection through our shipping partner's portal.
